Schedule your visit from the comfort of your own home via my secure online video platform. Limitations apply to virtual consults including but not limited to lack of access to physical examinations.

The Process

  • STEP 1: DISCOVERY CALL

    A 15-20 minute discovery call where we uncover your health history, establish your health goals, and decide the best course of action to take. At this time, if labs are indicated I will make recommendations for which speciality labs can help us identify your unique imbalance. This can range from comprehensive blood tests, urine hormone metabolites, stool test, micronutrients, mold test, OAT test, and more. These can be paid for out of pocket or included in a package plan.

  • STEP 2: ACTION

    You will be onboarded as a new patient and the process of completing lab work will get initiated. Once I receive your lab results, we will schedule your first appointment where we review your results in depth and I provide you with your unique plan that includes targeted supplements and specific lifestyle recommendations.

    During this time, we will dive deeper into your foundations of health including diet, movement, sleep, stress, and more.

  • STEP 3: FOLLOW UPS

    Follow ups are scheduled every 4-8 weeks depending on your case to check in on progress and alter plan as needed. Between appointments, you will have access to my Charm portal which allows you to message me at any time with questions that may arise during the process.

  • Gold Package: $2250

    • Includes: 4 appointments, 2 functional labs, and 20% off all supplements on Fullscript

    • Payment options: In full, $800/3 months, or $425/6 months

  • Silver Package: $1800

    • Includes: 3 appointments, 1 functional lab, and 20% off all supplements on Fullscript

    • Payment options: In full, $650/3 months, or $350/6 months

All follow up appointments after: $275/appointment.

Labs included are most often speciality labs including Doctors Data GI360 stool test, Dutch Complete hormone test, Vibrant toxin panel, comprehensive blood work, and more. You can click here to review details of all the lab testing I offer.

Perimenopause & Menopause Care

This option is best suited if you are going through perimenopause or menopause and looking to minimize symptoms, improve energy, and optimize diet & lifestyle.

  • Includes a comprehensive set of bloodwork, 2 appointments, and personalized dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations

    • In full payment: $1,250

    • 3 month payment plan: $425/a month

  • California residents: option to add on two Dutch Complete hormone tests if you’d like to include HRT (hormone replacement therapy) in your plan. Additional cost of $800.

  • All follow up appointments after: $275/appointment

Naturopathic Healthcare Membership

This is the perfect option for someone who does not have a specific health concern, but wants to be an established patient for overall health monitoring and health optimization.

  • Includes annual comprehensive blood work that assesses cardiovascular health, kidney and liver function, hormonal health, micronutrients, and inflammatory markers. You can click here to review details of what is included.

  • Quarterly appointments to review lab work, foundations of health (diet, exercise, sleep, stress, toxin exposure reduction), and optimize supplement protocols (as needed)

  • 1 acute appointment throughout the year, used as needed

This is a set membership price for $1,777/year or $155/month, 12 month commitment.
